My insurance came with the 21 and 24mm and both were too small and painful for me, the 28 one fits perfect, it makes pumping much easier, I love how the edges soft silicone so it doesn’t hurt your skin.These are so much more comfortable than my old medela!

These are the best and most Comfortable/durable. I have purchased so many other silicone edged flanges and they always come apart on the seam. I have used these so long and they are still going.

Great product!!!
The product provides an excellent fit and remains secure even during vigorous movement. I felt compelled to upload this video because other demonstrations I encountered appeared to misrepresent the product’s functionality, seemingly attempting to portray it negatively. Consequently, I decided to acquire and evaluate the product myself as my wife was between purchasing an 21mm insert as the 24mm Lansinoh flange was too big and the video reviews didn’t seem honest.

Bit Too Long for Comfort
The biggest positive for me is how tight the flange is. I love the secure fit it provides, as it helps create a strong seal during pumping, which means better suction and efficiency. No more worrying about milk leaking out or the flange slipping during use. The tightness gives me peace of mind, knowing that it’s working effectively to help express. On the downside, I found that the flange is a bit too long for my liking. While it does its job in terms of suction, the extra length can sometimes make the whole process feel less comfortable. I often feel like the extra length makes the flange sit awkwardly, which can get a bit uncomfortable during longer pumping sessions. I wish it were a bit shorter to help with ease of use and positioning.

These are excellent flanges they are very comfortable but also feel very secure. I feel like a get a better suction with these flanges since they fit so well around the breast.

I’m not sure why this size doesn’t come with the pump. It seems like most people need this size. Def get if your flanges don’t fit!

I honestly prefer Lasinoh manual pump over electric ones. It’s just easier for me and way more convenient. The system is simple and very easy to clean.The flange that came with my original manual pump lasted me about 2.5 to 3 months with daily use (around 4–5 times a day), so I feel like the quality is pretty solid.This pack is a bit pricey, but in my opinion it’s worth it.
