Is the suction strong enough? Will it get weaker over time or stop pulling milk?

Yes, it’s strong — up to 300mmHg. Weak suction? Most often it‘s one of these: wrong assembly, incorrect flange size, poor chest seal, damaged parts, low battery, or low level setting.

How do I pour out the milk without spilling?

First, turn off the pump and wait 5 seconds. Keep the flange side facing up, tilt the collector 30°, twist the motor off, and pour slowly from the spout. The spout features an anti-drip lip to help prevent leaks.

Are the materials safe for my baby?

Yes. All milk-contact parts are made of food-grade silicone or BPA-free plastic. They meet strict FDA standards, and the motor is completely sealed so it never touches your milk.

How quiet is it? Can other people hear it?

It runs under 42dB—quieter than a whisper. In an office or meeting, no one will notice. It definitely won’t wake a sleeping baby.
