Best Baby Proofing
These worked great for our 1970/1980s cabinets. I attempted to use the ones that affix to the inside and use a magnet, but they were hard to install, even with the video, and would not stick. These stuck great. While they are visible from the outside, the priority is keeping our little out of cabinets and drawers. These were easy to install and lock perfectly. Do note, once you’ve pulled it through the one side, it’s stuck there. Just make sure you have made sure it’s the size you want before you click the ends together during install.

these are the cheapest safety investment per unit but yet one of the best working. easy to unclip and open the cabnits with super easy installation. idk how it will effect the paint after a couple years and then removing but we want to repaint our kitchen anyway, so i would take that into consideration if you worried about the adhesive damage. but for use its just another excuse to do it later.

I bought these baby safety locks with adjustable straps for my dresser drawers, and they work perfectly. They stick well and hold strong, which gives me peace of mind with little ones around.They’re also easy for adults to unlock, but still secure enough to keep kids out. I like that they have an adjustable strap, so you can customize the length depending on what you’re using them for.The design is simple and aesthetically pleasing, so they don’t look bulky or out of place on furniture.These are very versatile too—you can use them not just for drawers, but also for cabinets, refrigerators, and even toilet seats if needed.They arrived quickly, and for the price, I think they’re a great value. I would definitely recommend these and would buy more if needed.

It works for toddlers too
So far, so good. I recommend reading the instructions first. I accidentally locked one. It is super easy to install and it’s of good quality. It has definitely worked for my kitchen drawers. I do recommend wiping before so it can stick better. The mechanism is good even some older kids had a hard time trying to open them. Great purchase so far.

Easy to use
These have been really helpful for baby proofing around the house. They were easy to install and stick well without feeling like they’re going to fall off. They do a good job keeping little hands out of things they shouldn’t be getting into, which gives me a lot more peace of mind. I also like that they’re simple to use as an adult and don’t feel like a hassle every time I need to open something. Definitely a great, practical set to have.

I’m happy to say that they have been easy to remove. I experienced zero damage from 3 years use of this product. KEEP READING FOR DETAILS.This is a review of the Baby Proofing Child Safety Locks (12 Pack) by Skyla Homes. Plenty of people have done reviews showing how easy these are to install, how well they work blah, blah blah. So I figured I’d cover the realistic removal.We’ve had these installed for about three years to protect grandchildren. They worked well and were easy to install.We have newer cabinets in the kitchen and the original dark stained 70s cabinets in the bathrooms. I was a bit concerned that taking these off the older cabinets might remove the stain or damage it in some way. I was also concerned that these might be difficult for me to remove, because I have some nerve damage in my dominant hand.TOOLS:I used a plastic paint scraper and a hairdryer AND I was able to do it without any help from someone who doesn’t have nerve damage.PROCESS:A few seconds of high heat from the hair dryer, moving it halfway in-between to get both sides. Then I would use the paint scraper from corner and pry up & out. Sometimes the entire unit came off, sticky and all. Sometimes little bits would be stuck to the wood. I found it easy to peel off, especially using part of the other sticky stuff to help pull it up.Any remaining residue, which was only in maybe two places, came off easily with 70% isopropyl alcohol on a cotton ball.If I can do it most people should be able to it.* I would be reticent to use a metal scraper, because you are much more likely to gouge the wood accidentally if you slip.** This review was for wood cabinets, not painted surfaces.

I bought these to stop the cats from opening the sliding doors for the bathroom and laundry that don’t have any locks. These work a treat, they haven’t fallen off, they are unobtrusive on white paint, they’re easy to open and lock, simple and flexible to install. I open and close them multiple times a day over the last six months and haven’t had a single fault. For $10 I didn’t expect to end up trusting these as much as I do now.
