The product arrived already opened with broken seals and appeared to be used, which made me uncomfortable keeping it for my baby.

USED!!!!!
I’m absolutely shocked and disappointed! I received this product for my newborn, and it was clearly USED— with HAIR (!!!!!!) on it! This is a hygiene product meant for babies, and using a previously used item could risk illness. I expected better from such a reputable brand. Unacceptable!!!!!!!
