What post sizes does this gate fit?

It fits round posts (1.9″–4.72″ diameter) and square posts (1.9″–4.72″ width). Please measure your post before purchasing to ensure compatibility.

Does installation require drilling holes?

No drilling is needed when installing on round or square banisters, and the adapter will not damage your posts. Drilling is only required for wall-mounted installation.

How to prevent tripping and store the gate?

This stair gate features a no-bottom-bar design to prevent tripping hazards. When not in use, the retractable mesh rolls completely to one side, keeping walkways clear and safe.

Can a child or pet crawl underneath the gate?

The built-in reinforced support rods and included floor adhesive hook work together to prevent crawling underneath, ensuring maximum safety for toddlers and pets.

Can this retractable gate be used outdoors or at the top of stairs?

Suitable for indoor and outdoor use in doorways, hallways, decks, and at the bottom of stairs. For safety reasons, we do not recommend installation at the top of stairs.
