Willow Wave is a manual pump known for its comfort, discretion, and mobility. Its unique ergonomic handle, a dual-expression switch, and fully in-bra cup make it the first of its kind. It uses suction patterns and strength just like an electric pump so it helps to promote output and remove milk in a similar manner.

What is the capacity of the Willow Wave?

How do I switch modes on Willow Wave?

Wave has two modes: Stimulation and expression, which is controlled by a switch on the handle. Slide the teal switch up for stimulation to trigger a letdown. Slide down for expression and continuous milk flow.

How do I clean my Willow Wave pump?

The collection cup is top-rack dishwasher safe. Tubing and handle can be wiped down with a damp cloth.

Steps for successful pumping session with Wave

Your bra should be snug and stretchy, with full coverage so that only the top of your Collection Cup peeks out. Center your nipple in the flange tunnel and fasten your bra to secure the Collection Cup in place.

IMPORTANT! Due to Wave’s unique open system design, it’s important to follow these instructions to

avoid milk backflow into Tubing.

Fully release the Handle by bringing it to an open position (vs. holding down and squeezing). This resets the vacuum to push milk through the ValvePump consistently at a quick-to-moderate pace to avoid constant suction, which can pull milk into the Tubing. If a break is needed, release the Handle to the open positionStay upright if you have a strong letdown; after letdown, move about as normalPause & pour into storage if you reach 5 ounces, then continue pumpingRemove tubing first, with the Collection Cup still in your bra. Disconnect Tubing, lean slightly forward, pull out Cup, and pour into a storage containerWhat to do if you experience backflow: If milk backflows into the Tubing, dispose of the Tubing (but keep the connector!) and replace with spare tubing.
